Your organization has asked you and others in your organization to complete the Leadership Spectrum Profile® .  It is important you participate because the Leadership Spectrum Profile® will provide you with insights on how to make better decisions, influence the decision making of others more effectively, develop and implement strategies better, and maximize team functioning. 

After you complete the Leadership Spectrum Profile®, you will first learn what the scores mean.  You will then complete a series of exercises, or a select number of them, where you will apply your understandings to  real issues you face in the workplace.

A Team Composite will help you and other team members draw on and process effectively a wider range of ideas and strategies.
